F3 Activated Alliance
Overview
F3 Activated Alliance connects the California AgTech Alliance with the Farms Food Future (F3) Initiative, a coalition working to make California's Central Valley a competitive, sustainable and inclusive agtech hub. The Central Valley Community Foundation leads the initiative as its backbone organization, supporting collaboration, strategic planning, fundraising and evaluation. The initiative's work runs through three programs: F3 Innovate for agtech development and commercialization, F3 Local for small farms and food entrepreneurs, and AgTEC Workforce, which offers a competency-based agricultural systems certificate through local community colleges. Together they develop new agricultural technology, support sustainable food production and offer training for quality jobs across Fresno, Kings, Madera, Merced and Tulare counties. Entrepreneurs, growers, food businesses, students and farmworkers can find support through the individual programs, and questions about the coalition can go to the F3 Initiative team at the Central Valley Community Foundation.
