Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation
Overview
Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation supports vineyard workers through education, professional development, and community resources. Its programs address literacy, vineyard skills and safety, leadership, mentorship, and family needs. Farmworkers and agricultural employees can explore classes that support workplace and personal development, while students and emerging professionals can check mentorship and scholarship pathways connected to vineyard careers. Community partners can also discuss ways to support farmworker education. Registration, eligibility, languages, and schedules depend on the individual program.
